Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

This tastefully furnished character-filled home is only minutes from Herkimer College, thirty minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park/Otsego lake, and around twenty minutes from Utica which offers great shopping and restaurants. Conveniently located minutes off the NYS Thruway! This home is a former bed and breakfast and has hosted several premier clients back in the day. Outside you will find the beautiful fenced in heated pool to enjoy on those hot summer days. POOL OPEN MAY (weather dependent) THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30th

This was a last minute reservation and it was exactly what our family needed while we were in Cooperstown for my son’s baseball tournament. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. We used the pool everyday. The roads from the dreampark were a little long and windy but we navigated it well. Overall we would stay here again. Dean and Merica were responsive and accommodating.

Dean and Marcia’s Mohawk Getaway was so nice! The house is absolutely beautiful, both in character and decor, and so spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything was clean and neat, and amenities were all spot on per the listing. This house has everything you could need for a great weekend away! We would 100% stay again - thank you!!

This house has very comfortable beds and is decorated beautifully. It was the perfect size for our family get together. We used the heated pool a lot and it was the perfect temperature. We had pool towels and soft, wonderful bath towels. We loved having lots of space, 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The Hosts are wonderful and responsive. Thank You very much Dean and Marica ! We absolutely loved the house. Everything was very comfortable. We relaxed in every room. Dean was very responsive with questions. We enjoyed being able to spend the day in a nice uncluttered pool area. The house was very clean and uncluttered with space for our bags in the rooms and we weren’t tripping over them. Plenty of space for six adults and a small dog to relax in the same rooms without being on top of each other. The best air b&b we have ever stayed in.

What a beautiful home! This gem in Mohawk is a must stay - Dean’s home was spotless when we arrived for the weekend. So much space for us to enjoy inside the house and a great outdoor space with a very clean pool! The weather didn’t cooperate with us to enjoy the pool but the water was crystal clear. The people around were town were extremely friendly - a local police officer pulled over to show our kids his patrol car and let them see how the sirens work. Dean’s home is a must stay for you and your family!

Wow! What a beautiful home! The house was clean and stocked with anything you might need. The host provided great instructions and even recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and restaurants to eat at. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next summer.
