We are still in awe! Dean’s place was truly a dream. Our group had an issue with our previous Airbnb and had to book his home last minute, the day of and he was able to accommodate us so quickly. We can’t thank him enough for that! The house is absolutely beautiful. Every room has its own unique touches, the hot tub was so peaceful, and the kitchen was gorgeous and fully stocked. There was so much space for our group to spread out and enjoy. We truly couldn’t get enough of it and would definitely love to come back.
The only small suggestion would be to add full-size mirrors in each bedroom but that’s minor compared to how amazing everything else was. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful, tastefully furnished, thoughtfully designed, immaculately clean, spacious, well-equipped modern home. We loved our time here - and appreciated all the special touches. Our children were thrilled to find a Christmas tree! Dean was a great communicator - responsive and proactive. Hope we get the chance to visit again!

First class all the way!!!! Dean is a wonderful host. He is very thoughtful and responds right away. He has really thought of every aspect in making a vacation feel like home. My husband & son stayed unfortunately I could not make the trip as originally planned and they were blown away with the amenities the home offers. They slept so good on the mattresses and enjoyed the local artwork displayed in the home. I highly recommend this home in fact we plan on coming back in July!!

We booked Dean’s place for our wedding weekend! The home was so prepared with everything we needed to have our closest nearby for a cocktail and a comfortable nights rest! We are so so thankful and glad we stayed at this house. Definitely looking forward to coming back again. Not to mention the interior design is cut out of 10 in the house felt like an Anthropologie meets west elm look book.

Beautiful home! Big enough for the whole family. Extremely clean and loved that it was walking distance to town. The only problem we found was that we ran out of paper towels and dishwasher pods. Other than that it was the perfect stay!

Wonderful, comfortable stylish home with all the bedrooms on the second floor plus 2 full BR, 1/2 bath , beautiful kitchen dining and huge living room on first floor. The art in the home spoke to the scenic Mohawk River and Erie Canal. Three blocks to a very good breakfast and lunch restaurant Bonitas . A very short drive to another very good breakfast and lunch place. Our kids are runners and found the Empire Trail close by. There is a hospital in Little Falls always good to have . The hot tub and pool were in very good condition and used both days of our stay. The kitchen was well appointed. We didn’t have to cook because of the wedding events . All in all it was a great experience in a beautiful setting. M&T bank and Price Chopper in town. Dean was a very friendly and helpful host. Staying here would be great as a central location for leaf peeping and visiting the nearby farm country and finger lakes .

Dean’s house is one of the most exquisite Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Our group of high school friends were celebrating a wedding in Little Falls and all of the events were easily in walking distance from Dean’s home. The care that went into this renovation is clear and evident through the small details like lamp shades to the high-end mirrors in the bathroom, no detail was missed. This was our first time as a group visiting Little Falls and we have already been talking about coming back. Everyone had their own space and not to mention being able to use the heated pool and hot tub in mid-September was the cherry on top. Dean was extremely responsive and kind. We really enjoyed our time in Little Falls and attribute it to all being able to make memories together in this beautiful home. If the dates are available, don’t hesitate & book now! You won’t regret it!

This is the easiest 5 star review i’ve ever written! The house is stunning and clean, and the pool was heated to PERFECTION. we were even using it in the evenings as temps reached the low 50s. Someone came every day to ensure the hot tub and pool were clean, which we appreciated. The town of Little Falls has lots of shops and restaurants to offer, I got around very easily without a car. I would love to come back and stay some time
