Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details everywhere that made it feel so special and welcoming. The pool was incredible perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully. It was truly the perfect place for a family getaway, and we made such beautiful memories here. We loved everything about this home and will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

Beautifully decorated home!! We came to Little Falls to mine for Herkimer diamonds. The pool was fantastic after a day of digging. With it being heated, we were able to enjoy night swimming too! Dean has you feeling right at home with supplying everything you need. The elevator came in handy after spraining my ankle hiking to Buttermilk Falls, (thank you). Gorgeous little town with multiple little shops. Love the historical homes. Thank you Dean for hosting our family! We hope to stay again in the future.

The house was breathtaking! The interior designer did an amazing job. We loved the artwork of little falls through out the house. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. The house was spacious! My kids loved the pool, it was warm and clean. The furniture was very comfortable, we felt right at home. We didn’t want to leave! Dean was a great host very responsive to any question we had. We would love to stay again!

This house was a dream! The updates make it feel new but kept the old charm of the house.
My daughter got married just around the corner and this was a perfect location!

Absolutely stunning house! The decor was beautiful, every room felt thoughtfully designed with style and comfort in mind. The host truly thought of everything, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and little extras that made our stay feel luxurious and welcoming. The house is walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

I mean all we can really say is WOW. My family loved this house. It’s super spacious and ALL of the finishes are so high quality. We felt like we were living in a Pinterest board and fittingly were taking pictures of some of our favorite furniture and ideas for our own homes.
We had 6 adults and 7 children total in our party and had lots of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the water was very warm!
All of the provided linens and towels just felt like you were staying at a fancy hotel. Soaps and shower materials were the same.
Honestly there’s not enough good things we could say about this place and we would love to return when visiting family in the future!

This place is AMAZING! Spacious, with lots of natural light. Every inch of this property is well appointed. The bedrooms are very comfortable with nice mattresses and pillow. Bathrooms are very put to date and clean. You can’t be disappointed in this home and what it offers. We will be back.
