Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Good to know

This tastefully furnished character-filled home is only minutes from Herkimer College, thirty minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park/Otsego lake, and around twenty minutes from Utica which offers great shopping and restaurants. Conveniently located minutes off the NYS Thruway! This home is a former bed and breakfast and has hosted several premier clients back in the day. Outside you will find the beautiful fenced in heated pool to enjoy on those hot summer days. POOL OPEN MAY (weather dependent) THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30th

This was the perfect house for our family of four to visit Cooperstown. Full of charm and exactly as described, with a great pool for downtime. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We’d happily return for future trips.

This was a last minute reservation and it was exactly what our family needed while we were in Cooperstown for my son’s baseball tournament. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. We used the pool everyday. The roads from the dreampark were a little long and windy but we navigated it well. Overall we would stay here again. Dean and Merica were responsive and accommodating.

Dean and Marcia’s Mohawk Getaway was so nice! The house is absolutely beautiful, both in character and decor, and so spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything was clean and neat, and amenities were all spot on per the listing. This house has everything you could need for a great weekend away! We would 100% stay again - thank you!!
